Build script for data dictionary assumes that the resources in scope are edmcouncil specific - see: https://github.com/edmcouncil/ontology-publisher/blob/develop/publisher/product/datadictionary/build.sh.

This makes this script unusable for other ontologies.

We should probably use a parameter, e.g., HYGIENE_TEST_PARAMETER_VALUE.
