investigate web frontends to IRC #9

https://kiwiirc.com/ is the first Google result, should probably try that one too.

I imagine that these frontends just connect to an IRC server like any other IRC client would, so hopefully there's approximately 0 work to supporting them.

Yeah pretty sure there is 0 (zero) work involved here.

if anything this issue should collect some of the best ones that just work (tm) and then add them to the README as documentation for deployment purposes. "Here's a list of well known working web clients".
