Placing orders #1

Hey there, thank you for sharing this excellent API! I was wondering if it's possible to place orders using this API? Thanks! I realize this isn't an issue but I wasn't sure how else to reach out.

@c0debase Sorry I got to this so late, I am planning on making this full-featured including orders, just have some other projects right now so haven't gotten around to it yet. Since the auth and other account related methods were solid I figured I'd put the repo up in beta status as a good start for others to contribute if need be.
