Incompatibility with slideshow module #22

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open www.escacsgerunda.cat
2. Try the GTranslate at the footer. Doesn't work.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
   - Easy: doesn't work.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

   - You'll see at the top a slideshow module with 4 images, If I hide this
module then GTranslate works fine.

Thanks.

I too have this problem with pages that have Frontpage Slideshow module
installed. GT works fine if you select the Google dropdown option but not if
you opt for flags.

Hi, I had problems with the same version of GTranslate as you and (Joomlaworks)
Frontpage Slideshow vers 3.0.2. The only way I could get them both working at
the same time was to disable the slideshow from loading it's own jquery. Then
the slideshow started to use the jquery library loaded by Gtranslate.

Hope that helps.
