Drop support for 1.0.x versions prepare for 1.6.x

First: On February 13 I wrote this message to Jumi users:

Joomla! team has announced that Joomla! 1.0 will not be further developed from

summer 2009. As a reaction Jumi team, Ed and me, have decided we will not be

developing Jumi extensions for dead or, at the least, depreciated project. That

Joomla! 1.0,
    * we will continue with our Jumi for Joomla! 1.0 support via dedicated Jumi thread,

Second: there is very little interest for Jumi for Joomla! 1.0

Conclusion: I think we can freeze Jumi 2.0.e for Joomla 1.0 as is. The letter 
"e" in
the version can stand for End.

And what about preparation for 1.6?
After final 2.1 release. I think this is our first priority.
There are still open defects there...
