What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create a root menu item using jumi
2.Make a Jumi item and then add it as a sub menu.
3.The sub menu item cannot be "published" from the menu list but if you open it
publishing seems to work; until you click on the sub menu item and it comes up
with "Page not found"
Tried it with the supplied "Hello Jumi" app and it works fine.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
