Mouse wheel function in the battle GUI #230

If you look into e.g. the graveyard, it should be possible to scroll left and right with the mouse wheel.

It was already possible, tho the scrollbar had to be focused beforehand for the mouse wheel to work, and also the scroll direction was "unnatural", after 5bbd4b0130b1756e77b2b1f42629ad2e9b9dd6bf it should be enough to just hover the mouse over any scrollbar and it'll be scrolled with the mouse wheel.
