Convert to AGPL and add Lua licence [ci skip] #61

This change makes the script engine compliant with Lua's licence terms and keeps it compliant with the MIT licence terms we received the source code under, while relicensing under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3.

Corresponding changes to fix licensing in EDOPro coming soon, as well as an upgrade of the source distribution to GPLv3 on that side and the full project under AGPLv3.
