Updated README.md according to issue #162

GitHub 101 @BkPankaj : use different branches for different PRs. As you can see in this PR you are trying to add multiple elements handled by 3 different issues.

For now it's okay, I'll wait the other ones to be closed to merge this one.

It was my first time working on multiple issues, and I forgot to add different branches. I will correct it and make the changes as you suggested.
