required hypre lib supported by LLNL doesn't work #228

The hypre lib link provided by LLNL: https://github.com/LLNL/hypre doesn't work now.

This may be a replacement: https://github.com/hypre-space/hypre

Thanks. I haven't had to reinstall for a while, so hadn't notice the change.
