blender-bin: Update Blender LTS versions, added missing check for Blender 2.93, updated flake.lock, 3.6.3 -> 3.6.5

• The previous LTS versions (2.83, 2.93, 3.3) have been updated to their latest versions.
• The check for 2.93 was missing, so I've added it.
• I've also updated flake.lock to nixos-23.05, unless there's a reason not to.
