What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn on your computer with "Start with Windows" option selected.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the program to launch. Instead, I got the attached error. Here is a
transcript:

Please provide any additional information below.
I clicked "OK" and then tried launching it again, and it worked fine. I'm not
sure why it gave the error.
