URLs in Coding the Pandemic vignette are outdated #26

Most of the links in the vignette "Coding the Covid-19 Pandemic in Germany" are outdated and the underlying pages removed from the websites of BfArM, KBV and Zi.

To do: Where possible, replace with archive.org snapshots
