[bug] callout style is not correct for obsidian-callout-manager API issue #119

As the issue https://github.com/eth-p/obsidian-callout-manager/issues/6 of obsidian callout manager, list-callout command will show up the same problem in mobile scenario, e.g. iPad or iPhone
