Remove 'WS' from all types so the namespace can be a drop-in replacement for CloudKit native client

The API should be the same as CloudKit native client so that developers can share code between targets and projects.

• [x] Replace 'CKWS' with just 'CK' in all types
• [x] Update the Readme with the new intent to be drop-in replacement
