I'm also see the same issue on a Droid X2. From a Droid 2, sipdroid works
fine, but with new Droid X2, I get completely garbled audio

Have the same issue with Droid X2. Also, cannot make calls, but can receive

Same issue. Goes brrrp booop boop boop boooooop with distortion like morse
code at a daft punk concert. Tried turning off audio codecs one by one. No
help.

I have a similar issue, if i use the headset speaker, the sounds sounds
garbled, and sometimes turns off, and sometimes makes people sound like
chipmunks, the other side can her me just fine, and also if i switch to
speakerphone it sounds fine ! If i don't use sipdroid and make a true phone
call over the real voice network, the headset speaker is fine!

I also am having this same issue on DroidX2. The person I'm calling can hear
me just fine, but all I hear is very high pitched squeaky sounds.

Thank you for the idea of using the speakerphone. I'll give it a try when I
have time and report back. I wanted to add I'm using pbxes.org and having this
problem. This should really be considered a high priority item imho, it is
entirely unusable without a fix.

I updated my droid over the weekend to the newest update from Verizon to
Android 2.3.3 I used the P3 pre-rooted update file for it. Everything seems
to be working fine now. I can make outgoing and receive incoming calls without
any garbled sound.

I agree -- I've updated to Android 2.3.3 (using the OTA update) and sipdroid
now works fine.
