[Bug] Starting round 2 without finalizing round 1, round 1 show as not started instead of live #128

Describe the bug After manually starting round 2 without round 1 being finalized, round 2 will show live status but turn round 1 into not started. Both rounds should be shown as live

To Reproduce

  1. Set up an auto tournament
  2. Manually make round 1 start
  3. Enforce a score for some matches in round 1 so that round 2 will have a match that is ready to be played
  4. Manually start round 2
  5. See that round 2 is live but round 1 show as not started

Expected behavior Both rounds should be in live state
