[FEATURE] FFA placement scoring

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We need placement scoring for the FFA format which will be used with custom scoring.

• Placement scoring means that the less placement you get the higher scores you will earn, so it's the opposite of custom scoring
• Placement scoring will also work with the placement range, for example, 5 scores for placement starting from 6 to 18
• The player will have an input field when submitting a score if placement scoring is enabled
• Admin will also have an input field for placement scoring when enforcing scores
• Admin will see the team's placement that was submitted by the player together with all other scores
• Placement scoring will also be added up with the team's total scores

@JayWongjedjan I have not started on this one yet. We were focusing on mostly fixing bugs and minor fixes
