Describe the bug
Participants that would like to contest a score during the review scores phase are unable to do so. The input scores fields are missing when attempting to provide scores.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
During a SE or DE match, have one participant submit their scores (do not submit a score that will let the opponent automatically win)
On the participants opponent page, click on review results
Click on "no that is wrong" button
See error (no fields for score input)
Expected behavior
Score input fields should be visible and working
Priority
Tag the priority on the right ->
Please only use High when it's actually high
