Describe the bug
After registering for a team tournament, the original team captain assigns a new captain. However, the new team captain is unable to modify the team roster or reassign a different team captain. They can only leave the tournament.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
As a team owner or manager, register to a team tournament.
Once registered, choose a new team captain.
As a the new team captain, attempt to change the team roster or assign a new team captain

Expected behavior
The new team captain should be able to edit the team registration or assign a new team captain.
Priority
Tag the priority on the right ->
Please only use High when it's actually high

Additional context This still happens even the new team captain is assigned as a team manager.
