[Bug] FFA - Non participants are unable to see tournament participants on an finalized FFA tournament #163

Describe the bug Users cannot see the participants on a finalized FFA tournament if they are not registered to that tournament.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create an FFA tournament
  2. Add participants and make tournament live
  3. Finalize the tournament
  4. Use an account that was not registered to the tournament
  5. Navigate to the tournament's participants tab

Expected behavior Non registered users should be able to see the tournament participants after being finalized

Priority

Tag the priority on the right -> Please only use High when it's actually high
