[Bug] FFA placement scoring - score enforcement and submission still not support #195

Describe the bug

I am an admin and have enabled placement scoring with custom scoring

When trying to enforce a score using the admin panel, there's no input field for placement scoring
As a player when submitting a score there's no info on what score I am filling in and no placement input field
