[Bug] Team registration - Team still able to register to team tournament even if a member is part of a team already registered to the same tournament

Describe the bug Teams are still able to successfully register to a team tournament even if one of its members is part of an already registered team.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Prepare to 2 teams to register to team tournament. Make sure at least one member is part of both teams
2. Register team one. Make sure the member that is part of team two is part of the roster.
3. Register team two and include the member that is part of team one
4. A error message will show up showing a member is already part of registered team
5. Refresh page and check if team two is now registered to the team tournament

Expected behavior During registration phase, gray out or hide members that are already registered to the team tournament but with a different team

Priority

Tag the priority on the right -> Please only use High when it's actually high
