[Bug] Once assigned players to group and attempt to assign again cause errors

Describe the bug Once assigned participants into a group and attempted to try again received an error message, also cannot unassign the assigned players

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Manually register players into the tournament
2. Assigned all players into 1 group
3. Remove some players from the tournament using manage participant tools
4. Attempt to assign the players again
5. See errors
6. Also look at the second video seems like the players got divided into 2 groups like all of them should appear on the unassign list but when you try to assign you only see half of the participants and when you try to assign again you see the other half
7. Not sure if this is related but I have created a second group or match (can't remember) and deleted them
8. This doesn't happen when trying to assign players on the next round

Expected behavior

• Admin should be able to re-assign the players
• Admin should be able to unassign the player
