Rewrite the README so it reflects our current submission.

At the end of the readme include:

[ ] A list of each feature programmed for the assignment
[ ] for each item on that list, explain how we used the feature to improve the conversation / overall system
[ ] for each explanation give a snippet of a conversation demonstrating the feature
