Objective Goal:

Migrate all the volunteer from Telegram or other chat type of communications on RocketChat

I think that we have to chosen for that. Actually I am using rocketchat with rambox as client on my computer.

RocketChat vps is abandoned (we didn't renewed) but I have a backup of the data.
