R1 feature is mis-annotated, there is no Arg in this column

The dark colored features - refer to canonical features, and they are inherited by variants. And it is good, because hightlighs the important positions. We could add another feature on top, showing that R is missing, but there are already three features at that position - currently forth will overlap and look bad.
