rename H2A.M, see below from Paul #139

I forgot to mention that Fred Berger has already co-opted the name H2A.M for a set of plant histones, although I told him that I questioned whether they actually warrant a separate designation: see Kawashima et al., Trends in Plant Science vol 20: 419-425. Apparently he thought they did.

To minimize confusion, while the paper is out for review, we might select another letter for the "Huntingtin interacting protein M" H2A. A colleague of mine has been looking at this subfamily, and I can see if he has a recommendation when he returns tomorrow, unless someone else is eager to name it.
