improve help page, reviewer 4 #154

I would propose to make on-line “Help” a bit more user-friendly. Specifically, I would like to see expanded background with an illustration of nucleosome and histones, and brief description of major features of histones and the way they form the nucleosome particle and interactions with DNA wraped around it. “Classification”: Description could be better structured, and examples would help users to understand it.
