The http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/projects/histonedb/index.fcgi/analyze/ page gives me an error when trying to upload sequences:
UnboundLocalError: local variable 'seq_file' referenced before assignment
Additionally, it is not clear how one would use the box to submit a sequence for analysis. Please provide an example that the user can enter as a test sequence.
