Currently it is difficult for the user to understand what value do the sunbursts really offer. The description is too technical. If you do not know what HMM is already difficult to understand.
We also display only those taxa that have histones variants, while negatives are also important.
Given that our comprehensive set of sequences really can offer us the possibility to see in what species histone are lacking. E.g. "are there histones in dinoflagelates, arches, loci archeota, etc."
Here is a suggestion.
Use there colors: 1). green - taxa has histone
2). red - taxa has no histone
3). cyan - taxa has speciece that both have and lack histones.
interpret color - as a confidence level. "The color is the confidence level ..."
Hues of green.
