Preference for serif font for titles and sans serif for body text.

Consider dyslexia style guide. http://www.bdadyslexia.org.uk/about-dyslexia/further-information/dyslexia-style-guide.html

Recommended not terrible fonts include trebuchet, century gothic, verdana, tahoma.
