Doesn't state what parts of the API it implements #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Think you can use it to implement time_entry.create
2. Fail - that part of the api is not implemented
3. Assume you can write a wiki page
4. Fail - the project is locked down

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
* a list of what coverage the client supports

Please provide any additional information below.

Incidentally, I'm a Kashoo client as well, so I can understand that you don't
need it to implement this part of the api: fair enough. But at least document
where its lacking!

Thanks,
  Martin Cleaver
