Math tweaks

Minor math changes for for better operability with vulkan and reduced complexity:

• [x] Make matrices column major
• [x] Vec3 should actually be vec3
• [x] Don't use simd unnecessarily in vec types
• [x] Quaternions should reuse vec4 where possible
