Implement Gears developer tools #218

Something that provides the user (developer) with insight into what is 
going on with the Gears objects instanced on the page he or she is viewing.

* list of open databases, execute sql against it
* list of open resourcestores, show status info, initiate updateTasks
* list of workerpools and the running workers, log of message being sent 
amoungst a pool members
* log gears.httprequest being made
* log of localserver cache misses associated with the page origin

This would be extremely useful!! I've been searching for an adhoc way to do 
this but
I couldn't find any..

I'm working on this now. It won't be in the next Gears release (0.3), but if 
you're interested in using it before 
0.4 comes out, you could check out the code and make your own build.

I'll update this bug as this feature progresses.
