WorkerPool unit tests sometimes cause "Couldn't open SQLite Database" error

Steps :
1. Disable Gears from Add-ons of FF.
2. Open FF browser as another profile user and Gears is enabled for this user.
3. Run unit tests.
[Note: May need to refresh unit test 1 or 2 times.Does not repro always.]

Actual Result :
2.1 JavaScript error : Couldn't open SQLite Database
2.2 Unit test failure entry for 'createWorkerFromURL'
