Add Dockerfile #153

Thanks for this! I was thinking it might make sense for me to add it to DockerHub so people could run it like:

docker run edsu/anon

But then there is the problem of the config.json which is too much information to pass in via environment variables. If you have ideas about that I'm all ears. But thanks for taking the time to get this started!
