eth-migrate-archiveLocation.js: whitelist #45

Would it be possible for the scrip to run only on certain libraries? I have many, many libraries, and the vast majority are legacy libraries. The script really only has to run on say 10 current libraries.

Would it be possible to have a 'white list' of libraries in the script, on which it should run?

Install in Zotero by downloading test build 0.0.21.200, opening the Zotero "Tools" menu, selecting "Add-ons", open the gear menu in the top right, and select "Install Add-on From File...".
