Change EdTechHub.ItemAlsoKnownAs to KerkoCite.ItemAlsoKnownAs: #63

The choice of ETH and EdTech Hub in the strings is not helpful, esp. as others start to use this.

Change EdTechHub.ItemAlsoKnownAs to KerkoCite.ItemAlsoKnownAs: (in extra), and

There would also need to be a mechanism that detects 'EdTechHub.Item....' and replaces it with 'KerkoCite.Item....' .

This issue uses the same place in the code https://github.com/edtechhub/zotero-edtechhub/issues/69 and would make a good first issue.
