["BUG"] Improve the docs of eox-core versions #212

Describe the bug An improvement for eox-core would know the upper limits of the versions. For example, knowing that eox-core < 4.0 should be used for the Juniper version of the platform.

Expected behavior There is a lower and upper limit for the versions in the readme.

Note Juniper works with v5.1.1, not with v6.0.0 because python3.8
