Feature request: Trigger multiprogram #40

It would be nice if a course could belong to multiple programs. Many clients have asked for it.

Can this be supported? (it seems it should) https://github.com/eduNEXT/eox-hooks/blob/master/eox_hooks/actions.py#L167-L240

This feature is being requested by a client who paid for the development of programs, but the contract does not specify this functionality. If they need this functionality fast, I GUESS they will have to buy a new hours package. At the moment, since it is not something that several clients need, it remains in the backlogs and we will take it when we have time

We are still attentive to what others comment on this case. @Ian2012

@Ian2012, do you have other comments about this? @santiagosuarezedunext, if we consider it, can we create this in our backlog and close this issue because it is "nice to have"?
