  1. PR for issue #160
  2. Added the code, dataset, and readme file
  3. Logistic regression, random forest, and tpot algorithms are applied.
  4. The final result determines that logistic regression operates best.
  5. Please add the DWOC Tag and level

@shraiyya This issue can't be assigned a DWOC label, because it's 25th Feb today. But Still I am merging it under DWOC. Don't send other PRs related to DWOC.
