Cat-Dog Prediction Model Web frame

Build a website for user-interaction to deal with the ml model for cat-dog prediction.
Tech stack using - Flask, Jinja2, Python, etc.
Easy to understandable for non-code users about the project.
A responsive and user-friendly website.

I think, it will a great addition in the repository which can provide a web platform for the non-code users and gives a usefulness of the notebooks.

Beginner can learn from these web frames.
Also makes this repository unique from others.

Assign this issue to me to work under WOC'24.
