PID control variable #2

We need to find a way for measuring theta for PID control(refer here: https://www.vle.cam.ac.uk/mod/page/view.php?id=13564051 ). This could either be done by using the Hall effect sensor, or an accelerometer/ the IMU of the Arduino. !!! TALK WITH THE ELECTRICAL TEAM OF THIS ASPECT AFTER THE PRESENTATION ON TUESDAY!!!
