should the code and camera must be in the same machine? #269

when I deploy my code on my notebook and user the camera of my notebook it's OK . but I deploy my code on the server and visited the page on my notebook it didn't work "Uncaught Error: Cannot capture user camera." how to user this js lib on the server and visit it on my notebook?
