libpng: Replace repository reference with official upstream source #12

macOS universal library support (#11) was added using a fork of the libpng source. The upstream source for this library cannot be used until the following ~two~ PRs are merged:

  1. ~pnggroup/libpng/pull/575~
  2. ~pnggroup/libpng/pull/576~
  3. pnggroup/libpng/pull/613

Once these are closed, we need to update the source reference for libpng.

The required changes are now merged into the libpng/libpng18 branch. This can now be updated on our repo references.
