OpenID support #1

Document the simpleSAMLphp OpenID Consumer configuration procedure, including required array attributes, optional attributes, and providing one or more working examples. There is a discussion thread on the simpleSAMLphp community group.

I can't see the need currently for OpenID support. However I move this issue under educloud-sso repository where we should collect issues + documentation regarding SSO.

I leave this open for the future.
