Developer access to APIs #15

As a developer I want to use such a self service portal, which allows me to register, get access and API key to all public APIs. I do not want to use separate service to apply for the permission or API key, it has to be automated eg work outside office hours. From the same service I want to see API docs and sandbox. Tools to communicate with rest of the developers would be nice. Also, ability to comment APIs would benefit all.

Perhaps this issue is not in the correct context but I do not know yet where the "palveluväylä" github issue list is.

Palveluväylä is not in GitHub yet, so the there's no issue list at the moment. Actually it could be a good idea to create a repository even if we're not ready to publish the source code yet as it would offer an easy way for the users to submit enhancement ideas and improvement suggestions.

We (= KaPA = The National Architecture for Digital Services programme) are going to implement a service catalogue ("Liityntäkatalogi") that's a portal for managing and searching APIs that are available on Palveluväylä. More information can be found from a report "Liityntäkatalogin esiselvitys" (sorry, in Finnish only).
