There is no option to specify for courses whether Leistungszertifikate or Teilnahmebescheinigungen are offered.

Maybe this info could be showed here as checkbox:

Currently the field on ECTS shows if an achievement certificate is possible, Is that sufficient as indicator to whether these are possible? Would it be sufficient to include an info that certificates of participation are not issued for a course?
