GIFT (General Import Format Template) is a simple format for quizzes.

It is pretty limited, but fine for simple quizzes.

We should support imports and exports to/from GIFT.

After looking at this a bit more, the GIFT format is pretty limited. We can still support it, but I will be lowering the priority until someone comes in with a need.
